The total stay was comfortable on time. Everything was excellent, even so a few employees were not particularly friendly.

Everything was very good and clean, I liked staff and location. Hotel's bar was spacious.

The hotel is fairly clean, with welcoming personal, and offers beautiful location close to restaurants, Navy Pier and Magnificent Mile.

It was wonderful place to stay. Fairly clean hotel with super-friendly stuff and best possible location just next door to many fine shops as well as many restaurants. Smooth check-in, just what we needed.

We had a really luxurious stay and would love to stay here again. The location was decent, breakfast was generous. We had a relaxing room with a Jacuzzi. Unbelievable views and beautiful garden.

Wonderful and spotlessly clean hotel, really kind staff. I got free upgrade and loved it. The city view was gorgeous. The location was absolutely perfect, a couple of blocks away from michigan avenue.

Great location to Midway International airport, just 35 minutes by car. Garrett popcorn shops was 15 mins walk away. This hotel was situated so close to tourist destinations like museum campus.
